In this project, we’ll explore how to create raised, textured botanical shapes on fabric using a soft medium that you can stitch through. We’ll start by layering mark-making, spray-painting, and botanical monoprinting to build a richly textured surface, then finish with botanical-inspired free motion embroidery. The result is a dimensional artwork that balances texture, paint, and delicate stitched detail.
